Part of the targeted individual experience is mind control. To accomplish the mind control of an individual, the handler can access many avenues where this is possible, among them neuro-linguistic programming, sensitization to stimuli, and system of punishment and reward, among the non-physical means. Out of the physical, there are microwaves. Beamed out cell towers directed by satellites emanating out of Schriever Air For Base, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, they can cause dizziness, vertigo, confusion, cancer, general organ destruction, can act as restraint such as in crowd control, and can cause burns. They are also capable of sending sound to the inner cochlear of the brain, where the victim will hear sound as if someone is talking to them, but because the sound is specific to the victim, only he can hear it. Victims unfamiliar with the technology will voice their concerns to others, only to encounter derision, or worse, committal. 

As a targeted individual aware of my status for over three years, I have recently started experiencing near constant v2k. Its evil genesis formed on the cusp of a particularly brutal psychological breakdown stinking of NSA tactics whale.to/b/nsa4.html. Attempting to substitute their wants for mine to actualize a certain meme to be conveyed, they would choose a meal or what I was to wear, followed by a subliminal message indicating a sentiment or idea that I was to experience with the clothing or food. The idea being to ingratiate you to the concept of no self control. Just after that sickness subsided, sickness that was not caused by demons as the NSA would like us cretins to believe but by technology, they started the v2k. Not the intermittent v2k that was more of an annoyance and the mere afterthought that was connected to the street theater performed by the fusion center directed Surveillance Role Players(actual job title); but long, intensive sessions of mentions of the "13th bloodline" and even instructing me to get "baptized" in the Mormon organization. Yes they want me to be Mormon! This in despite that I converted to Catholicism long ago and even though I haven't been the best Catholic, oftentimes because of my targeting, still identify as such. 

I am given the reason that I am harassed is that I am of the 13th bloodline which is supposedly descended from the mythological "union" between Jesus Christ and Mary Magdalene and venerated by Luciferian Satanists, a belief that I've never held. Many Mormons also hold this belief, and the v2k goes on to instruct me to "get baptized" a third time in the Mormon organization (these people are really into numerology), acknowledging my previous Mormon "baptism", considered invalid by the Catholic Church, and my Catholic baptism, the baptism I cherish to the present. Indications that I was to get baptized in the Mormon organization were already present in my targeting before, and that my disavowal and failure to fulfill what the Mormon/Luciferian  system demanded of me is the reason why I have been targeted. I have mentioned this is in my registration for the Targeted Justice lawsuit(targetedjustice.com/legal---court-case.html). This registration was to release the names of those illegally listed under handling codes 3 and 4 in the Terrorist Screening Database.
